McKaiden Melby is a 6th grader who attends Ascend Leadership Academy. He loves to fish, explore nature, spend time with his love ones, hangout with friends, listening to music, read and last go off roading, and of course play piano. Some experience he had was that he took guitar for 3 years and now does private piano lessons. He was inspired by famous country singers Kane Brown and Taylor Phillips. At ALA he likes to be called mini Rogers and always try’s to be a leader and be a helping hand.

Carlos Ortiz is an 8th-grade music student at Ascend Leadership Academy. He’s been playing piano for 4 years and is gradually improving. He has also been practicing singing and improving his vocals. Outside of school, he draws and does physical activity. He wishes to become a successful musician when he gets older.

Amber Marie Salvador, a.k.a Amy, is a 14-year-old 8th grader who lives in Sanford, North Carolina and is currently attending Ascend Leadership Academy. She attended ALA’s music elective last semester and still attends it to this day. Inspired by her eldest sister, Sarah, Amy has been improving on her hobbies and talents, including acting, singing, piano, and drawing. She even performed on stage several times and became a standing ovation in ALA’s first winter performance at Temple Theater.

Taryn Farmer is a sixth grader st Ascend Leadership Academy. Taryn enjoys playing basketball, singing, riding her horse, and watching YouTube videos. Taryn’s best friends are, Maddy Ryan, Mason Caddick, Victoria Waite, and Brayden Deegan. Taryn’s favorite class is a mixture between Math, ELA, and Music. Her future goal is to be a doctor. She has experience in performing on stage and sang at her church.

Ayden Mashburn loves music arts. He was inspired by artists and his grandpa who is in a band. He wants to have musical abilities and other abilities aside. He lives on a farm and in very close to music, he is very new to piano and wants to learn more about it. He also enjoys playing basketball and is on the sportsman team. He is very excited to be apart of this production!

Mason Caddick is a 6th grader who goes to Ascend Leadership Academy. He loves to act, sing, and dance. Some experience he has is doing theatre at the Temple Theater in Downtown Raleigh. Mason got inspired by the actors from The Sound Of Music. At Ascend he does drama club and tries his best in music class.

Rachel Guerra is a 6th grader who goes to Ascend Leadership Academy. She loves to sing, bake, and play the piano. Some exceperinc she has are singing in chorus for 2 years at Highland Elementary school. Rachel got inspired by her grandmother who plays piano. At ALA she goes to piano lab after school every Tuesday and Thursday where Mr.Rogers helps her with piano.

Brayden Deegan is a 6th grader at ala/ascend leadership academy. Brayden is interested in music and likes basketball. Braydens sister Caity is 20 and married and she inspired me to do music, Brayden's Mom is also really cool and the best mom anyone could have and Brayden’s Dad is also cool and the best anyone could have. Brayden makes videos on his iPad. Brayden’s goal is to graduate from college and be in the navy like his papa.

Reagan Tyson Reagan Tyson is a 7th Grade student at ALA(Ascend Leadership Academy).She loves to sing and draw.She learned guitar last year and is very passionate about music.Her favorite day is Wednesday because that’s when chorus is.She is fairly new when it comes to reading music but she is determined to figure it out.Reagan loves musical theater and was in ALA’s production of A Fairytale Christmas Carol.

Juliann is a student at ALA ( Ascend Leadership Academy ). She is in 6th grade. Juliann’s hobbies are swimming , drawing ,dancing, and doing crafts. She has a family of 4 ( mom, dad, sister, and her ). Juliann has lived in North Carolina, Colorado, Texas, and Washington state.

This is Gracen Fonke. She found her interest in music through her father and mother, who both took part in piano and band. She can be careless at times, but all in all is generally helpful. She likes to draw, and make random things. She also has 2 lizards.

his is Leilah Johnson, she’s in 6th grade. Leilah enjoys doing dance and playing volleyball. She has danced for about 4 years. Her best friends are Summer,Lacy,and Allan. Leilah likes to stay at her grandparents house during the week because they live on a farm and have some of her favorite animals such as cows,pigs,horses,and chickens.

Anna (better known as Anna Belle) is a 7th grader that attends Ascend leadership Academy (also known as ala). She likes to listen to different types of music. She was in a chorus class at J. Glenn Edwards Elementary school (also known as JGE) from the grades of third grade till fifth grade. The reason why she likes to do music is her mom.

Jeremiah Wilson is a music student in 7th grade at Ascend Leadership Academy. He has been playing for four years and is continuing to play the piano. Outside of ALA, he is taking lessons at Carolina Performing Arts. Jeremiah’s future goals are to continue playing piano and to become a talented pianist and to learn different instruments like the guitar. Outside of piano, he does taekwondo and is a second degree level four black belt.

Kenny is currently is piano because he what’d to try something new. Kenny did not now much going in to piano class and Kenny has improved a lot. Kenny’s future goals to learn more complex stuff about the piano. Kenneth attend Ascend Leadership Academy.

Zoe Coggins is in 8th grade and she goes to Ascend Leadership Academy. Her interests are doing piano covers, playing volleyball outside of school and learning more about piano every day. Her inspirations come from her mom and Lord Venheteiro. They both encourage her to play piano and believe in herself. Her origin comes from her Grandma because she took piano lessons and passed it on to her. She started playing piano when she was 11 and she is self taught mostly by ear.

Lacy Matthews is a 6th grade student at Ascend Leadership Academy. Lacy enjoys playing the piano and singing. In her free time she likes to listen to country music and her new interest Cher, she also loves to play volleyball. She has two little brothers. Her best friend is very supportive of her. Her inspirations are her mom who inspires her to not care what people think about the way she acts, her nana who inspires her to play piano, and Cher who inspires her to not care what people think.

Kailyn Jackson Kailyn Jackson is a girl who was born in Fayetteville on February 5,2008. Kailyn is a sixth grader at Ascend Leadership Academy. She has two brother and three sisters. Kailyn’s favorite animal is a dolphin and she loves the beach. She plays the piano and played the violin for a year. When she grows up she want to by a teacher to help kids learn.

Grayson is in music practicing piano and vocals. He has blonde hair and has much short stature. He loves video games and Magic the Gathering. Grayson was in art prior to music. And he tries his best to strive and get good grades.
