Teacher’s Notes
With several years of teaching experience in the Public Schools of North Carolina, as well as being an active musician involved in a numerous of community and church gigs, I have devoted a large portion of my life to helping beginner and intermediate singers and instrumentalists learn practical techniques, hone their skills, discover their own unique “skill,” and prepare for the business of being a professional. I greatly enjoy helping musicians of all ages discover their passion for bringing music to life.
I take great pride in offering foundational fundamentals that serves a purpose in all genres of music. Whether 5 or 65 years old, I craft lessons to the specific individual and work diligently on improving your musical skill set through audio and video assessment. These private musical lessons are highly efficient and provides creative strategies to understanding the desired skill met with the student’s initial goals for singing or playing. As an educator, students of all ages are always excited to learn and perform. With a little help from the piano, I’m confident that Six Forks Music Studio would be an excellent fit for you.
